Death escapes calmly and serenely from the box, under the appearance of a peaceful woman wearing Mexican skull makeup worn for the Feast of the Dead and accompanied by crows.
Death is represented as a gentle, slightly smiling woman, for even though it is one of the worst experiences, it is also a liberation and the end of all suffering.
